A new publication in Education for Primary Care features the Gaples Institute nutrition course for health professionals, which is now a required course in the Tufts Family Medicine Clerkship program. The publication, “Envisioning nutrition teaching as a three-course meal: A blended approach to knowledge, application, and assessment,” is authored by Deborah Erlich, MD, MME, FAAFP, who is the Tufts Family Medicine Clerkship Director and an Associate Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine.
